How to make... A Mushroom and Cumin omlette

Want to know how to make a lovely omlette? Try this recipe for a cumin and mushroom one.

step one

add a small slab of butter to a pan on high heat.

step two

While the butter melts whisk together two eggs in a bowl.

step three

prepare chopped mushrooms and a pinch of cumin.

step four

once the butter has melted add the eggs.

step five

once the egg is spread around the pan push a bit of the eggs into the middle, then pick up the pan and twist it sideways so the egg is spread evenly around again. Repeat to created a fluffy omlette.

step five

add the mushrooms and cumin

step six

serve hot with fresh cucumber and basil.
